James Street

An extensive Renovation of the main floor, rear porch, and second floor hallway of this traditional four square home. The primary goal of the renovation was to open up the rear of the home with new 8′ tall sliding doors and windows to take advantage of the view to the park yard and connect the home to the ourdoor spaces. The screen porch was renovatied, and a new deck was added to enhance the living spaces. Also, the kitchen and living room areas where opened up to make the space more functional and filled with light.

Umstead Renovation

A New mother-in-law suite was added in an unfinished attic area in this home in the Governors Club subdivision. The new suite includes a kitchen, dining, living room, walk-in closet, bedroom, and a bathroom. A new dormer was added to the existing home to provide light and views to the golf course.

Bullington Warehouse Renovation

Renovation of all entries, lobby spaces, and corridors for these condos in an Historic Tobacco Warehouse. New steel entry elements were added at each condo entry. These were designed to match the canopies that were once on the original warehouse. We removed the 1970s tile and carpet in the lobbies and corridors and refinised and stained the original concrete floors and maple flooring. New signage and lighting was also added.
