Design/Build

As a full service design/build company, Trinity takes a project from beginning to end. We start with a very thorough and extensive design process and meet one-on-one with our client to gather information and generate the scope of the overall project. Schematic sketches and visual aids are then produced to help the homeowner envision the design. After establishing the space plan and flow, we work with the homeowner to choose personalized finishes and fixtures, taking into consideration lifestyle and budget. The head designer and construction-lead then go through the cost-planning process, producing a firm quote for construction costs. State-of-the-art technology is utilized to generate documents for construction that include a thorough set of drawings and specifications detailing everything from the floor plan to the kitchen light fixture. The final product is a well thought-out design, and quality built project, with exceptional finish work.

Trinity team members are avid believers in the design/build approach: it yields an efficient and cost-effective method of construction, and the design of the project and the physical construction are completely integrated. The process allows for single source responsibility, better communication and better cost control. It is conducive to a variety of project types including historic restorations, green remodeling, additions, renovations, interiors and more. Of course, while we are committed to the design/build method, we have also worked in a variety of ways with different clients to meet their needs. We are accustomed to working with contractors, architects and various consultants as needed. In addition we provide a la carte design services.
