Nestled on a former tobacco farm, this home has been in the same family for generations. The roof and most of the siding were replaced. All lead paint was removed and the walls and floors were insulated. We added a porch, mudroom and dining room to each side of the back and preserved original door openings with “Ghost marks.” The life of the home was extended significantly so that the rustic charm of this old farm can be passed along to future generations.
